Take your coffee out to the private upper deck, then walk three blocks to the beach. Your stay spans the upper two levels, with the kitchen and living room on one floor and a king bedroom and en-suite bath upstairs.
What’s shared
The yard, hammock and outdoor shower are shared. There’s a separate unit below and one guest parking space in the shared driveway.
Where you’ll sleep
There’s a king bed upstairs and a pullout couch in the living room for the third guest.

Beach gear
Beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a cooler are provided.
Things to know
Exterior stairs lead to the guest space. The separate owner’s unit below may be occupied from October through April. An exterior camera overlooks the driveway.
A note from your hosts
Take your first cup of coffee out to the upper deck. That space is all yours. When you’re ready for the beach, the ocean is three blocks away.
